When will my order ship?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP , duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs.

When will I receive my order?
We want you to receive your order as fast as possible!
International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.
My package seems to have stopped moving.
If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

Where are your product made?
All of our products are proudly made in the USA.
How often should I reapply my sunscreen?
For continued sun protection, sunscreen should be applied at least every 2 hours, if playing in water, swimming, or sweating, should be applied after the water resistant time (80 minutes), as well as after towel drying.
Where can I find the expiration date of my Sonrei sunscreen?
The expiration date of our products can be found on the crimp seal of the tubes.
Are your products water resistant?
Yes, Sonrei products are water resistant for 80 minutes, which is the maximum water resistance claim allowed by the FDA in the United States.
Do your products contain parabens or PABA?
No, all Sonrei products are paraben free and PABA free.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, all Sonrei products are gluten-free.
Are your products vegan friendly?
Yes, all Sonrei products are vegan friendly.
Are your products reef friendly?
Yes, Sonrei products adhere to all of the guidelines of being considered reef-friendly, meaning they are free of the chemical sunscreen actives Oxybenzone and Octonixate.
